Job role description
Geneto is a B2C health-tech company, combining genetic science with a diet and fitness app, to help people lose weight, eat healthier and avoid lifestyle diseases.
We have proven our product on Estonian market (Elustiil app) and are currently expending to new markets. We are looking for the CMO to execute marketing on those markets.
As the CMO you will be working alongside of our CEO and you will be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing the positioning, branding, and expansion strategy
- Building and then leading the marketing team
- Anticipating marketing actions related to the expansion and post-expansion
- Participating in business model discussions and contributing to the development of the company
We are looking for a person who has a growth-hacking mindset and a good understanding of marketing measurement and ROI as marketing is the main driver of our company’s growth. Previous experience in B2C marketing and expanding to new markets (bonus points if you have experience in mobile app marketing). Good communications skills and proficient English skills are needed in this position.
