Elustiili äpist leiad nii toitumise, sammude kui trenniminutite väljakutsed ja usu meid, need on uskumatult tõhus nipp kaalulangetuse teekonnal motivatsiooni hoidmiseks. Lisaks heale vormile võid neis osaledes ka magusaid auhindu võita.

Triipkoodiskänner aitab sul söödud toidud üles märkida. Seda mugavat võimalust teistes eestikeelsetes äppides ei ole. Lihtsalt skänni toote triipkood telefoni kaameraga sisse ja äpp annab sulle kogu toodet puudutava info.

Kogu perele

Lisa äppi ka oma elukaaslane või kogu pere. Nii saavutavad kõik ideaalkaalu ning ka lapsed õpivad tervislikult toituma

Ainult tervislikust toitumisest ei piisa, ka liikumine on oluline. Võta osa äpi väljakutsetest ja ühenda äpp ka erinevate spordiäppidega, nt Strava, Polar, MyFitness, Garmin Connect, et sinu trennid jõuaks automaagiliselt äppi ja saaksime arvestada trennis põletatud kaloritega.

Toitumiskava põhjal koostame sulle automaatselt ostunimekirja. Saad seda ise täiendada ja asju, mis kodus juba olemas on, hõlpsasti välja jätta. Ostunimekiri on hea viis säästa nii raha kui aega.

Söö neid toite, mida naudid ning langeta kaalu samaaegselt. Retseptid on lihtsad ning süsivesikud, valgud, rasvad … kõik saad kätte just sulle vajalikus koguses. Ka siis kui oled taimetoitlane või sul on mõni levinud toidutalumatus.
